At Noralta, safety is important to us above everything else, and vital to our success. That’s why “safety first” is embedded in our general company policies. Our managers and supervisory staff have confidence in our policies, and they’re committed to maintaining the high safety standards necessary for Noralta’s efficient and productive operation. Our overall objective is to maintain a healthy and safe work environment and to eliminate hazards which could cause injury to workers or damage to property or equipment. Because we’re committed to safety, Noralta has developed a safety program which includes the following components:

EVALUATION OF SAFETY PERFORMANCE
As part of the performance appraisal process, all employees are evaluated on their knowledge and practice of our safety policies and procedures, including relevant safe work practices and job procedures.
